Future of Security

The conference that created two organisations. W'A.I built the programme, the identity and the on-the-day digital for a two-day event at Bush House.

SYS.01 Objective

Future of Security is a two-day event of roughly ninety people, a wargame on day one, keynotes and panels on day two, convened at Bush House, King's College London.

Small events with senior attendees are unforgiving. There is no crowd to hide a mistake in, and the people in the room are the outcome.

SYS.02 Creative response

Event design and programme across print, digital and identity. Working directly with the CES team rather than through an events agency.

  • The event programme. Designed as an online programme reachable by QR code rather than a printed booklet, so a late speaker change doesn't invalidate ninety pieces of paper
  • Networking QR codes and virtual business cards. Built ahead of Sibos, for delegates doing sustained networking on CES and SRF
  • Business cards for event coordination
  • Workshop session materials (August 2025)
  • Programme website content (February 2026), the 2026 edition written up for the site, with a sponsorship brochure alongside it

SYS.04 Results

The 2025 edition drew around 200 attendees and led directly to the creation of the Sovereign Resilience Fund and Security and Resilience Technologies Ltd.

One of those, SRF, subsequently became a W'A.I client in its own right. Themes across the programme: economic statecraft, NATO Article 2, supply-chain resilience.

Got one of these?

Ninety people is a harder brief than nine thousand

At this size there is no crowd to hide in. Everything is noticed, including the programme.

If this looks close to something you are dealing with, the quickest route is to say so in a sentence. You will get a real reply from a person, usually with a first read on the problem rather than a calendar link.
