This website is operated by W'A.I Studios Ltd (“W'A.I”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16612775, with its registered office and operating base in London, United Kingdom. You can reach us at privacy@w-ai.co.uk.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here is the one that applies, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.
These terms cover use of the website. They do not govern any paid engagement with W'A.I; that is dealt with in a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over this page.
Use the site sensibly and lawfully. You agree not to:
- use the site or the engine for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
- submit anything defamatory, obscene, harassing, discriminatory or otherwise unlawful, or anything that infringes someone else's rights;
- submit confidential information belonging to a third party, or personal data about other people, without a proper basis for doing so;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system, or probe, scan or test its security;
- introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful code, or attempt to overload, disrupt or degrade the service;
- scrape, harvest or bulk-extract content, or use automated systems against the site or the engine, except for well-behaved search engine crawlers respecting our robots directives;
- attempt to manipulate the engine into producing unlawful, harmful or misleading output, or to reveal underlying instructions or data;
- reproduce, resell or commercially exploit the site's content or the engine's output without our written permission.
We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe these terms are being breached. Serious misuse may be reported to the relevant authorities.
The engine is an AI-assisted assistant that answers questions about W'A.I and what we do. Please treat it accordingly.
- Its output is general guidance, not advice. It is not professional, financial, legal, tax, regulatory, medical or investment advice, and it is no substitute for a qualified adviser who knows your circumstances.
- It can be wrong. AI-generated answers can be incomplete, out of date, or confidently incorrect. Verify anything that matters with a human before you act on it.
- No relationship is created. Using the engine does not create a client, advisory or professional relationship with W'A.I, and nothing it says is a binding offer, quotation or commitment on our part.
- You are responsible for your decisions. Any action you take on the basis of engine output is taken at your own risk.
- Don't put sensitive material in. Do not enter confidential, commercially sensitive or special-category personal data. See the Privacy Policy for how question data is handled, including logging and human review.
The same applies to the rest of the site: content is provided for general information, is offered in good faith and may change without notice.
Unless stated otherwise, everything on this site, text, layout, design, code, graphics, imagery, case studies and the arrangement of them, is owned by or licensed to W'A.I Studios Ltd and protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
- What you may do. View the site, and print or download extracts for your own non-commercial reference, keeping any notices intact.
- What you may not do. Republish, redistribute, sell, licence, systematically copy or create derivative works from our content without our written permission. Quoting a short extract with clear attribution and a link is fine.
- Our marks. “W'A.I”, “W'A.I Studios”, the W'A.I logo mark, “Working Artificial Intelligence” and related names and devices are marks of W'A.I Studios Ltd. Nothing on this site grants you any right to use them.
- Client logos and names. All third-party names, logos and trade marks shown on this site, including in the work archive, remain the property of their respective owners. They appear solely to indicate experience and track record. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement, partnership, sponsorship or current engagement, and where work was delivered under a previous employer or agency it is labelled as prior experience.
If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, email privacy@w-ai.co.uk and we will review it promptly.
This site may link to third-party websites and resources. Those links are provided for convenience only. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, security or privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own risk, and the third party's own terms and policies will apply.
You may link to our home page in a fair and legal way that does not damage our reputation or suggest an association or endorsement that does not exist. We may withdraw linking permission at any time.
We try to keep this site accurate, up to date and available, but we cannot promise it. The site is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
In plain terms: use of this site and the engine is at your own risk, and we are not liable for losses that follow from relying on what you find here. More precisely, and to the extent the law allows:
- we exclude all implied warranties and conditions relating to the site and its content;
- we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, however it arises;
- we are not liable for loss or damage caused by a virus or other technologically harmful material that infects your equipment through your use of the site or anything downloaded from it;
- we are not liable for the content of, or anything that happens on, third-party sites we link to.
What we do not exclude. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
If you are a consumer. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. You use the site for personal purposes; if you use it for any commercial or business purpose, we have no liability to you for business losses.
Cap. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you arising out of your use of this site is limited to £100, unless a higher amount is required by law.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. A delay in enforcing any part of these terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These terms are between you and us; no one else has any right to enforce them.
These terms, their subject matter and their formation, including any non-contractual disputes or claims, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
Status: Draft template. To be reviewed by Kris and, where needed, a solicitor before publication, in particular the liability cap, the consumer provisions and the client-logo statement.
